About Us
Registered in 2013 under the Societies Registration Act (TVM/TC/1030/2013), Karunya Rural Cultural Development Charitable Society operates from Thiruvananthapuram, expanding statewide in 2019. Beyond politics, caste, or religion, it upholds the principle of selfless service. With 6,300 volunteers across 163 units, Karunya uplifts the underprivileged without profit motives. Half of the revenue from ventures like Karunya Detective and Security Services funds its social initiatives. Despite impactful programs, only one sponsor currently supports its mission. More sponsors are essential to expand its efforts, ensuring aid reaches those in need. Generous individuals' support is vital to sustaining these initiatives.
2013-ൽ സൊസൈറ്റീസ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം (TVM/TC/1030/2013) രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത കരുണ്യ റൂറൽ കൾച്ചറൽ ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് ചാരിറ്റബിൾ സൊസൈറ്റി, 2019 മുതൽ സംസ്ഥാന തലത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. രാഷ്ട്രീയ, ജാതി, മത വിവേചനങ്ങളേക്കാൾ അഗ്രഗണ്യമായത് നിർഭാഗ്യർക്കായി സേവനം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള മനോഭാവമാണ്. 163 യൂണിറ്റുകളിൽ 6,300 स्वयंസേവകർ നിർധനരെ സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ മുഖ്യധാരയിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതിന് പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്നു. ലാഭലക്ഷ്യമില്ലാതെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കരുണ്യയുടെ സാമൂഹിക പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് കരുണ്യ ഡിറ്റക്ടീവ് & സെക്യൂരിറ്റി സർവീസുകൾ പോലുള്ള സംരംഭങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള വരുമാനത്തിന്റെ 50% വിനിയോഗിക്കുന്നു. ഇത്രയും സേവനങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലും, ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരൊറ്റ സ്പോൺസർ മാത്രമേ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ. കൂടുതൽ സഹായത്തിനായി സഹൃദയരുടെ പിന്തുണ അത്യാവശ്യമാണ്.
